What You Can Do

Working with audio: 

 

- Burn an Audio CD that can play on your PC or all CD players. (Select section: "Audio" => Choose option: "Burn Audio CD") 

 

- Create an MP3 disc (CD or DVD) that can hold hundreds of songs in MP3, WMA, or other compressed audio formats. (Select section: "Audio" => Choose option: "Burn Disc with MP3 files") 

 

- Create an Enhanced Audio CD (also known as CD Extra) which contains both audio and data files. These CDs can be readable on any computer and on stand-alone CD players of all sorts as well. The data session is used for storing additional information such as: lyrics, album, art, etc. This functionality is only available for the Premium Edition. (Select section: "Audio" => Choose option: "Enhanced Audio CD")

- Rip audio files from a CD to your computer in uncompressed WAV/compressed Windows Media Audio (WMA) or Vorbis Audio (OGG) formats. (Select section: "Audio" => Choose option: "Rip Audio CD")

Working with video: 

 

- Burn previously created or copied Video DVDs from your hard drive to a DVD disc so you can play them on computers or stand-alone players. (Select section: "Video Project" => Choose option: “Burn Video TS folder”)

- Make backup copies of personal DVDs so you can store the originals in safekeeping. (Select section: "Copy Project")

Working with data: 

 

- Create data CDs and DVDs (and, with Premium Edition, Blu-ray discs). 

 

- Archive large projects spanning over multiple discs. (Select section "Data Project" => Choose option: "Archive Data to Disc") 

 

- Burn previously created standard ISO files to discs. (Select section: "Data Project" => Choose option: "Burn ISO Image")

Creating ISO files 

 

 

- Create preset compilations of files and store them to ISO files for future recordings. (Select section: "Data Project" => Choose option: "Create ISO Image")

 

Copying discs: 

 

- Duplicate a disc - the newly copied disc will be identical to the original one. (Select section: "Copying Disc" => Choose option: "Create Image") 

 

- Create an image of a disc that you can burn to a disc or multiple discs at a later stage. (Select section: "Copying Disc" => Choose option: "Create Image") 

 

- Burn an already created mirror image file to a disc. (Select section: "Copying Disc" => Choose option: "Burn Image")

Erasing/formatting rewritable discs: 

 

- Erase rewritable discs (Select section: "Toolbox" => Choose option: “Erase CD/DVD/BD-RE”) 

 

- Format rewritable DVD+RW/DVD-RW/DVD RAM discs which haven't been pre-formatted when you have purchased them. (Select section: "Toolbox" => Choose option: “Format DVD+RW/DVD-RW/DVD-RAM") 

 

- Format Blu-ray Discs (Select section: "Toolbox" => Choose option: “Format Blu-ray Disc”)

Saving projects: 

 

- Save the project you have worked on so that you can burn the same disc/files later without setting it/them up again.
