Saving Projects

When saving a SwiftDisc Burning Wizard project, the following information will be stored (in case it has been modified):

• Type of the project chosen.
• Device or devices selected. (Multiple devices selection available only for the Premium edition)
• Files and folders added to the compilation (Creating a Data/Audio CD) arranged in a specified order.
• Advanced settings relevant for the project.
• Burning settings relevant to the project.
• Image file selection, or VIDEO_TS folder selection relevant to the project.
• Tracks to be ripped relevant to the project.

How to save a project:

Once you have selected the project type, you can save the current project settings at any time. The standard file extension for a SwiftDisc Project File is ".SDS".
Press the "Save Project" button in the lower left-hand corner of the wizard window. A pop-up dialog appears asking for the location where you would like to save the current project. Navigate to the location and enter a name for the project. Press the “Save” button.

You can easily load a pre-made SwiftDisc Project File saved on your computer. SwiftDisc Project Files have a default extension .SDS .

Steps to open a saved SwiftDisc project file:

1. Start up SwiftDisc Burning Wizard.

2. Choose section: Open Existing Project.

3. Navigate to the location where a ".SDS" project file has been saved. Select the file and press the “Open” button.

SwiftDisc Burning Wizard will load the project selected. 

 

SwiftDisc Burning Wizard allows you to save your project settings so you can burn a compilation numerous times easily and quickly without readjusting your settings.
