Start up SwiftDisc Burning Wizard => Section: Audio Project

The Audio Project allows you to create the following types of discs:

Audio CD

An Audio CD is a compact disc designed to be read by both Audio CD and CD-ROM players. With the "Audio Project", you can make your own custom Audio CDs. Your source files can be MP3, OGG, WAV, WMA or other supported formats.

Good to know: A CD audio disk holds approximately 74 (or 79) minutes of stereo music recorded with 16-bit resolution.

MP3 Audio Disc

An MP3/WMA disc... more 

Before initiating an Audio Disc recording, please insert a disc (CD) into the drive.

Steps to creating an Audio Disc:

1. Start up SwiftDisc Burning Wizard.

2. Choose section: Audio Project => option: Burn Audio CD.

3. A list of devices available on the computer will be displayed. There you can check the disk size and verify the disc space availability. Check the box in front of the device where you inserted the disc.

Note: You can select multiple devices to burn multiple discs with same content and quality in the same session.

Before initiating the "MP3/WMA Audio Project" project, please insert a blank disc (CD/DVD) into the drive.

Steps to creating an MP3/WMA Audio Project:

1. Start up SwiftDisc Burning Wizard

2. Choose section: Audio Project => option: Burn Disc with MP3 Files

3. A list of devices available on the computer will be displayed. There you can check the disk size and verify the disc space availability. Check the box in front of the device where you inserted the disc.

Note: You can select multiple devices to burn multiple discs with the same content and quality in the same... more 

 

The "Enhanced Audio CD" project is only available in SwiftDisc Burning Wizard Premium. For information on how to upgrade to the Premium Edition, please read the section: How to Upgrade from Standard to Premium Edition.

Before initiating the "Enhanced Audio CD" project, please insert a blank disc CD into the drive.

Steps to Creating an Enhanced Audio CD:

1. Start up SwiftDisc Burning Wizard.

2. Choose section: Audio Project => option: Enhanced Audio CD.

3. A list of devices available on the computer will be displayed. There you can check the disk size and verify the disc space availability.... more 

Supported audio files

The "Audio Project" supports a number of file formats:

  • Windows WAVE files (WAV);
  • Windows Media Audio (WMA);
  • MP3;
  • Vorbis Audio (OGG) and other popular audio files;

 

The Audio projects allow you to create music compilations. You can play them on your home or car stereo, portable music player, DVD player, or on your computer. Your source files can be MP3, OGG, WAV, WMA or other supported formats stored either on your hard disk or attached portable storage drives.
